Chief Designer of L+ Brand, Former Senior Director of Lenovo Consumer PC Design

L+ is a designer product brand founded by Mr. Li Fenglang. It is mainly dedicated to the design of modern Chinese products in an international context, exploring the industrial upgrade path from manufacturing to innovative Chinese brands.

Mr. Li Fenglang has 25 years of industrial design experience and previously served as the senior director of Lenovo consumer PC design.

During the 18 years from 1999 to 2017, he was responsible for the design of Lenovo brand PCs, notebooks and other commercial and consumer products. The business covered sales in 165 countries, with a turnover of 15 billion US dollars. He has created many popular product brands such as YOGA, and has shaped the position of Lenovo PC industry design leader in the past 10 years.

Li Fenglang and his team have won 165 international design awards worldwide in the past ten years. As the core design leader, he won the 2013 German Red Dot Annual Best Design Team Award, the 2006 and 2015 China Red Star Supreme Awards and the Annual Best Team Award; he was awarded the 2009 Guanghua Foundation Top Ten Designers; 2015 China The top ten designers of the Industrial Design Association and many other honors.

Mr. Li Fenglang has been actively involved in promoting Chinese modern design in an international context. As the chief and designer of the torch design for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the torch with Chinese characteristics designed by Li Fenglang led his team has become a design work that has stood the test of time and is collected by the museum.

Before joining Lenovo, Mr. Li Fenglang taught at Harbin University of Science and Technology from 1992 to 1999 as an industrial design teaching.
